So far ( one week) love this vehicle . I have never bought a new car in 35 years but did so this time . Literally driving by , stopped in to test drive Yukon to see if liked it. Was too big . Saw the Enclave, they had a demo and I bought it on the spot . Wasn’t planning on buying car that day. Value was good so didn’t bother searching for preowned . Stuart Kretchmer in finance was great also. Probably the best car buying experience I’ve ever had . More

This is the absolute worst dealership to work with. They sell luxury cars with the worst customer service I have ever seen. Extremely arrogant and incompetent employees and managers especially Mark, St They sell luxury cars with the worst customer service I have ever seen. I WENT TO LOOK AT A 2023 GMC YUKON DENALI. MICHELLE WAS MY SALES LADY & SHE WAS ABSOLUTLEY WONDERFUL. SHE HAS AN AWESOME PERSONALITY, I FELT EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE, AS CAR SHOPPING CAN BE GRUEL MICHELLE WAS MY SALES LADY & SHE WAS ABSOLUTLEY WONDERFUL. SHE HAS AN AWESOME PERSONALITY, I FELT EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE, AS CAR SHOPPING CAN BE GRUELING. I HAD SOME ISSUES WITH MY HUSBAND NOT BEING ABLE TO GET TO THE DEALERSHIP TO SIGN FOR THE TRADE IN. AFTER SPENDING NEARLY 5 HOURS AT THE DEALERSHIP , I WAS TOLD THEY COULDNT GO THROUGH W/ THE SALE BECAUSE MY HUSBAND NEEDED TO SIGN. (UNDERSTANDABLE) I WAS BEYOND DEVASTATED, I FELL IN LOVE WITH THAT CAR. KEVIN THE SALES MANAGER CAME OUT AND TALKED TO ME AND SAID THEY WILL HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR 2 WEEKS SO THEY COULD ACCOMADATE US. ON THE RIDE HOME, MICHELLE CALLED ME AND SAID THAT THEY WOULD BE HAPPY TO DELIVER THE VEHICLE TO MY HOUSE (OVER AN HOURS AWAY) I COULDNT EVEN BELIEVE THE GENEROSITY. NOT ONLY DID THAT DEALERSHIP AND SALES GO ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME, EVEN WHEN THEY DIDNT HAVE TO, THEY ALSO REPLACED A DAMANGED REAR LIFT GATE AFTER THE SALE WENT THROUGH. I WILL ALWAYS BE COMING BACK TO THIS DEALERSHIP. SHOUT OUT TO STUART IN FINANCE FOR MAKING THIS DEAL WORK OUT AND KEVIN AND MICHELLE, YOU BOTH TRULY MADE THIS EXPERIENCE UNFORGETTABLE AND YOUR KINDNESS DIDNT GO UNNOTICED THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!
