Best deal in town This is the second car I've purchased at O'Reilly Buick. I feel comfortable shopping at this dealership and I have mentioned their name to friends. I feel that they gave me a great deal, not only with my new purchase, but also with my trade in of a Buick Regal. I definitely would recommend O'Reilly Buick to friends, relatives. My salesperson was Steve Napoli, and I would like to say how great it was dealing with him. He was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. It was like talking to an old friend. More

very respectful and treated like family I first started looking for a used car at a local dealership but they were too arrogant so I searched online and found O'Reilly buick had the car I wa I first started looking for a used car at a local dealership but they were too arrogant so I searched online and found O'Reilly buick had the car I was looking for. They were further away but definitely worth the trip. Susan was my go-to over the phone for details and when I came in to look I was helped by Mark Robinson and Steve Wadlin. They did a great job of treating me like family and not a $ sign. They were willing to go the extra mile in negotiating (which I was told previously by the other dealer was lost). 2015 GMC Yukon I was treated with respect during the entire process. I was able to ask questions and not pressured in any way.
