Great Customer Service Steve and Mark were very helpful from the start. Not only did they beat the competitors price, but they went out of their way to find me the exact co Steve and Mark were very helpful from the start. Not only did they beat the competitors price, but they went out of their way to find me the exact color I wanted (it wasn't on the lot) so I would be 100% happy with my purchase. Great customer service!!! I will be returning to buy again one day! More

What a surprise! I normally wouldn't take the time to review a business but I had such an amazing experience buying my new GMC Terrain that I had to give the dealer a I normally wouldn't take the time to review a business but I had such an amazing experience buying my new GMC Terrain that I had to give the dealer a shout out. The second I met Jay at O'Reilly I knew my experience at this dealership was going to be different. He treated me more like a daughter and friend than a customer and really listened to what I wanted. He had to send to MD to get the colors I wanted and didn't try to talk me into something more expensive. He actually came in under budget on my target monthly payment. Jay was so patient with me; he handled the whole process while updating me along the way. He even called my insurance so I didn't have to wait on hold. He walked me through every feature on the car so that I could drive away feeling comfortable. I love my new car... The technology and safety features are awesome. I highly recommend O'Reilly. I really appreciate how kind and thoughtful everyone was but Jay is just the best. It is rare to meet such a kind, caring person and I am glad I got a chance to get to know him. More

He was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and patient throughout all dealings. Bruce shared his expertise with me, my husband and my brother regarding the car itself, the financial aspects, the service provided by the dealer and he answered all questions. You come in hoping you won't get cheated or you hope you don't leave in disappointment. You don't have to worry about any of that at GMC of Newtown Square PA! I was treated like a friend of the family. It was comfortable and personable and it was the first time I've left a dealership feeling satisfied knowing I was given fair and honest treatment on my trade in and the purchased vehicle. That doesn't happen anywhere but it does there! You've gotta stop in and buy GMC. Jay Meaner was great and wanted me to be satisfied. It wasn't about his sale or the dealership's numbers.
