Best deal in town This is the second car I've purchased at O'Reilly Buick. I feel comfortable shopping at this dealership and I have mentioned their name to friends. I feel that they gave me a great deal, not only with my new purchase, but also with my trade in of a Buick Regal. I definitely would recommend O'Reilly Buick to friends, relatives. They were further away but definitely worth the trip. Susan was my go-to over the phone for details and when I came in to look I was helped by Mark Robinson and Steve Wadlin. They did a great job of treating me like family and not a $ sign. They were willing to go the extra mile in negotiating (which I was told previously by the other dealer was lost). A 5 Star Dealership It all started with an advertisement for Buick Encore on TV. We were looking for a lease on a small car with a low monthly payment. To our surprise, t It all started with an advertisement for Buick Encore on TV. We were looking for a lease on a small car with a low monthly payment. To our surprise, the Encore advertisement had a monthly payment less than our budget. We sent an inquiry online and O'Reilly GMC and Buick, Newtown Square responded. We got the appointment to visit the dealership. On the way to the dealership, we checked its website. We saw the Encore advertisement and took a picture of it. As we walked in to the showroom, we were greeted by an employee and taken to a salesperson named Dave Hill. Dave greeted us and asked what we were looking for. We showed him the picture of the Encore advertisement. His manager came out and greeted us as well. Dave showed us the Encores he had on inventory and answered all of our questions. Dave was very attentive, patient, knowledgeable, sincere, polite and professional. We did not feel any pressure to buy anything and were very comfortable dealing with him. In no time, we got the deal on the Encore that we wanted. Dave also showed us where to go when we come in for service in the future. The manage also came out again and congratulated us. It was the best car buying experience we had in a long time. We walked in and walked out with the Encore that we wanted. Thank you, Dave. More
