Unsure but GLAD. They WOW'd me. I came to the dealership with my own financing. After talking with Mark. He convinced me to give Koons a chance. WOW!! He was able to get me a lower interest rate. I really liked the fact, he was not pushy. He genuinely wanted to get me the best. Thanks so much!! My new Escape looks fantastic. My sales person Pete Dixon is the best. He has been working with me for a few months. I loved the fact that he did not haggle me. He has made me a Koons person for life. He was so patient and understanding of what I wanted. He fully knowledgeable about my vehicle. He even gave me a review of operations before leaving the dealership. I called that beyond the call. Last but not least Scott....you will never know how much I appreciated your assistance. THANKS KOONS!!! More

Awesome New Car Buying Experience on my 2017 Focus RS I have been very pleased with my car-buying experience at Koons Baltimore Ford. I had been searching for several months for an allocation for a Focus I have been very pleased with my car-buying experience at Koons Baltimore Ford. I had been searching for several months for an allocation for a Focus RS but almost all dealers I reached out to with allocations at the time were demanding a huge markup above MSRP. I was not willing to pay that and thus decided to wait till I found a dealer willing to do so. Around late September 2016 during my search, I contacted Dennis Koulatsos (GM) who informed me they were selling all their allocations at MSRP. I immediately came down to the dealer and placed an order for a 2017 RS with Rudolph “Pete” Dixon and Mark Rodgers. Both were very pleasant to work with, going out of their way to answer any and every question I had. The entire process could not have been smoother. I received periodic updates from Mark (no question I posed to him was unanswerable) and, much to my surprise, the car arrived exactly 4 months and 1 day from the day I placed my order, much faster than I initially anticipated. The paperwork/transaction to sign for the car was super smooth. I arranged with Pete to have a few parts installed by the Service Dept. on the car for me before taking it home. Pete was very supportive and made sure they were well taken care of. The car is a joy to drive. I especially love the Nitrous Blue Quad-Coat exterior color. I couldn’t have asked for a better purchasing experience with Koons Baltimore Ford. More

Steven Ageloff completed my paperwork in a timely manner and helped me through the process with professionalism and ease. I have purchased over 10 cars in my lifetime and this was the best experience I have ever had. Thank you to Ben and Steven for being professionals and making my experience one to remember. Maybe next time I am in to purchase, they will have some Herbal Tea and cold water bottles. I wish F series had a DVD entertainment system as an option. (My friend recently bought one as well and he has 2 kids that would enjoy such a feature) More

Out-of-State Mustang Purchase Experience Buying a new car as an out-of-state customer can be a difficult proposition, and doubly so if a trade-in is involved. It requires proper preparation o Buying a new car as an out-of-state customer can be a difficult proposition, and doubly so if a trade-in is involved. It requires proper preparation on both the part of the customer and the dealer, and above all requires a level of trust by both parties particularly if the distances are great. I was just such a buyer from Syracuse, New York. There were not many highly optioned Mustangs locally, and of several that were available the local dealers were not discounting to my satisfaction. Looking for a new car at the end of the calendar year has many advantages, but I was not finding what I wanted locally and frankly the local dealers forced me to look elsewhere. In my subsequent searches I came across Koons Baltimore Ford. The number of Mustangs available at Koons at the time of my search was over 110 in all trim and color options! 110+ Mustangs!! I narrowed my Mustang down to a single model that was available on their lot. I was virtually introduced to Mr. Mark Rodgers (Sales Manager), and I negotiated directly with him. I was a serious buyer and not a "tire kicker", and he treated me as such. We negotiated both the price of the new Mustang and my trade-in in the course of one day via email negotiations. This was a very smooth process, and he treated me fairly and answered my questions promptly. As noted we closed the deal within a single day. On New Years Eve at 1:30AM I started my 6-1/2 hour road trip to Baltimore and drove my trade-in vehicle to Koons Baltimore Ford. In the back of my mind there was a nagging concern that once there, something would fall through and prevent either party from fulfilling the requirements of the deal. I was welcomed by Mr. Derek Lewis and Mr. Mark Rodgers. I am happy to report that everything went very smooth and trouble free, and I drove my new Mustang GT Premium home and still made an evening New Years Eve committment. Without hesitation I would recommend Koons Baltimore Ford. I will also add that if there is a Ford in my future, it will include Koons Baltimore Ford. More

Great Experience! Koons did not have my vehicle on the lot, however Ahmed Baroud and Mark Rogers located the specific Explorer I was looking for. While many other local Koons did not have my vehicle on the lot, however Ahmed Baroud and Mark Rogers located the specific Explorer I was looking for. While many other local dealerships had the exact vehicle, they were unwilling to quickly negotiate even though I specifically explained my deadline. Mark and Ahmed communicated with me often and without the salesy nonsense. In addition, Sam Boodhoo in Finance was friendly and efficient with my time. This is my 2nd car purchase at Koons Ford Baltimore. I highly recommend them. More

Great buying experience and price for F-150 I purchased a F-150 Platinum last week from Mark Rodgers and Scott Holt. I found Mark's name on Dealerrater from another customer who drove from out I purchased a F-150 Platinum last week from Mark Rodgers and Scott Holt. I found Mark's name on Dealerrater from another customer who drove from out of state to pickup a F-150. I emailed Mark, finalized the pricing with in an hour, and traveled 3 hrs from NJ to pickup the new truck. Once in the dealership, I was helped by Scott Holt who helped me finalize on a specific color, test drive the truck, and complete the finance application. Last, I worked with Steve Ageloff in the Finance department to finalize financing and purchase an extend warranty. Steve is a true professional and the best finance person I have ever interacted with. Overall a great team effort from Mark, Scott, and Steve! More
