And everyone on your team was perfect, an exquisite choreography, starting with our perennial salesperson, Mark Rosenblatt, who saw us on less than 24 hours notice, and had somehow done all his homework, not even knowing, but simply speculating on what I would want this time. We threw him a few curves, but he kept up, and we had a car on order that very day. I closed the deal and drove away in my new car six days later. And the closing was fine as well. Everyone did his or her job with perfection, Jim on Finance, John on inspection, and Kristen in instructing us on the latest changes to our model and helping us get it out the door. More
