called 5times,emails and live chats but still did not hear.. I got 2nd BMW car in prestige BMW and I am very disappointed. It was very good service but after buying the car and it totally changed. It is so a I got 2nd BMW car in prestige BMW and I am very disappointed. It was very good service but after buying the car and it totally changed. It is so annoying from sales/ service representative yesterday. I purchased a pre-own car last month about 40days ago from Robert Didomenico who is in charge of pre-own car. I was waiting my new number plate and registration over a month. I realize my temporary number plate past due and expired few days ago. Also, I have not receive my registration.I did not hear from BMW anything until I called. I called prestige and asked how is going. The representative talked me it ready to pick up. I asked to send me them and I got the envelop last Tuesday but there is only registration. I called prestige again and explained few times because they transferred my call to service and sales and service team. They toss my phone. And Mark who is client advisor also called me why still did not put plate. I had no idea I have not received any call and I just got the registration few minute ago. He told me use old number plate because to save money. I was embarrassed by his attitude and one of the plate was damaged and the other one was bended already. When I trade my old car to new one the Robert gave me old number but no explanation. Also, When I called service center the representative told me they have them and can pick up without any explanation or refutation. So I expected have new one. The sales supposed to call back after checking but have not call back to me and I called again and left voice massage but he never call back finally. I called 5 times and chat live and emailed sales manager and service manager as well. However no one gave me answer and did not care that. Also, I asked Brittany H and a different lady on March 22 at night. on live chat and asked to sending survey because I have not received survey link after buying a car. But they can not access the survey but different advisor on live chat, she gave the link. it also weird. Actually I asked the surgery after complaining and can not have the information but without complain I got the surgery link. Pristage BMW seem to not take bad feed back?? My temporary number plate already is expired last week and registration also received 40days later and no notice/ apology about delay or care. 5times calls with voice mail, email to managers and website, 3 chats. but no one have not contact me so far. It is amazing service. More

Extremely professional, very friendly, provided frequent updates on the status of my order and delivery. Honestly, you could not have done a better job as a BMW Client Advisor, and he's a big reason I would come back and order another BMW from Prestige. Also worked with James Porrazzo in Finance, and he was equally communicative, helped me look at my financing options, worked with my Credit Union (which i chose to use), and had me through delivery quickly. No games on extras, very straight forward. Kristen did a great job showing my wife and I the new iDrive, and set up my Sirius subscription while i was working with James. Fantastic job from start to finish, loved working with them. More

July 2016 Overall, my experience with Prestige BMW was positive. I got the deal I wanted on the car I wanted. The salesman and Genius were top notch: both took Overall, my experience with Prestige BMW was positive. I got the deal I wanted on the car I wanted. The salesman and Genius were top notch: both took the time necessary to explain what needed to be explained and both were extremely professional. The finance guys, sadly,were what one can expect when buying a car. The first one to "help" with my financing was rude and wouldn't discuss my specific vehicle and the warranties offered over the phone. I asked to work with someone else. The second finance guy left the room while we discussed the paperwork to rant and curse in the next office. When he returned and I told him " your walls aren't thick enough for that sort of behavior". He stated, " I assure you that I don't care." Direct quote folks. Like most, I have yet to have an experience with car financing that doesn't feel leave me feeling like I am dealing with less than scrupulous individuals. So these guys were no surprise. More

Based on that conversation Representative Ma You just can't make this stuff up. Spoke with Prestige GM Stephen Grossman at at Christmas Day gathering. Based on that conversation Representative Mark Rosenblatt was contacted at his home. Mark returned the call and confirmed 1 hour later our credit approval and that the desired vehicle was in fact available and could be prepped and ready for delivery the following morning. Remember this is Christmas Day. Long story short met Mark at the dealership at 9:30am the following morning and before noon my wife was driving her new BMW home. Many promise few deliver.
