The sales representative who helped us was polite, respectful, and professional throughout the car-buying process. Unfortunately, our experience completely changed once we entered the finance office. respectful, and professional throughout the car-buying process. Unfortunately, our experience completely changed once we entered the finance office. The finance manager was one of the most unprofessional individuals I have ever dealt with. He was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly raised his voice when we asked questions about the financing terms and interest rate. Instead of providing clear explanations, he became argumentative and told us, "Those are just the rates. The government sets them—thank them." At one point, he even shushed my husband while he was trying to ask a question. The entire interaction felt hostile and intimidating. He rushed us through paperwork, throwing documents onto the floor as they printed and not giving us a chance to review them properly. When everything was finished, he simply gathered the papers from the floor, stuffed them into an envelope, and handed them to us. What should have been an exciting family experience became upsetting and stressful. When we left the dealership, my daughter was so uncomfortable with what she had witnessed that she broke down in tears. The most concerning part was learning from our salesperson afterward that this behavior was not unusual and that the finance manager has a history of treating both customers and employees this way. If that is true, then this reflects poorly on dealership management, as this type of behavior should not be tolerated. Had we not been in a position where we absolutely needed a vehicle that day, we would have walked away from the deal entirely because of the finance manager's behavior. No customer should feel pressured to complete a purchase simply to avoid further confrontation. We purchased the vehicle despite this experience, but I would strongly encourage management to address the conduct of the finance department. No customer should be treated with such disrespect.
