The sales manager, Kirby Pena was also a solid performer helping put together a deal that worked for us all and to finish it up with Mark Salvino in the business office who pleasant and didn't have the "let me force you to buy all these extra warranty and protection products" demeanor which was a welcome and pleasant surprise. They are offering fantastic rates (mine was 1.99%) and in today's market that's pretty competitive. Keep in mind Genesis offers the best warranty (5 year/60,000 miles bumper to bumper warranty plus 7 year /100,000 mile power train plus 3 years of complimentary service and they will even come pick up and drop off your vehicle, now that's a concierge white glove service. The dealership is building a new facility so things are a bit tight now but the employees are nothing but great!!
