Excellent service very patient Eric and Juan were excellent. I already knew what vehicle I wanted and they walked me through the buying process without all the usual hassle and BS. Terrible. I bought a 2011 Mini Cooper in May and the week after I got it, it was messed up. I took it back up to the dealership and they had it for about a week I bought a 2011 Mini Cooper in May and the week after I got it, it was messed up. I took it back up to the dealership and they had it for about a week. When I went to pick it up the engine light came right back on as soon as I drove out of the lot. I took it back and they had it for about 2 more weeks. Then I got it back again and the day after I got it, guess what, the engine light came back in again, shocking right? And then I called them and they said they won’t be able to do anything for 3 more weeks because that’s when they got the loaner. Okay that was fine. But then they called me back and said that we might not be able to get the loaner because there was some damage to the interior or the other one. They never told us anything about that. They said they would get back to us and see if it’s a for sure thing or not. They never called back. Then the day of the appointment comes and I get up at 6 am to head up there and they tell me they don’t have an appointment or anything at all For me. I was disappointed but not surprised. Then They took the car for about 4 hours while we sat there and wondered what was happening. I also had work at 10 and I had to call in because I thought this gonna be a 30 minute visit but it turned into a 4 hour visit. My boss was super mad. And I still haven’t gained his trust back. They tried to get me into a new car but then said they can’t do anything unless I pay a 400 dollar car payment. I’m a broke college student I cannot afford 400 dollars a month. So I said never mind and we left with the loaner. The next day they said that we needed to bring the loaner back up because there is nothing they can do to fix my Mini Cooper and that they’re not going to pay for anything. They sold me a messed up car and are refusing to help me out with it. In summary, I hate my life and David Stanley. All I want is to give this car back. I don’t want to make anymore payments. I don’t want a new car. I just want nothing to do with them anymore. More

Great service Lawton dealership wanted to charge me 2200 for the “fix”. Paid 189 at this dealership for everything plus oil change. My Air Conditioner Still Doesn't Work My AC doesn't blow cold In the Heat of the day. It only blows cold when it's cool outside. I have taken it to David Stanley twice for repairs. I thoug My AC doesn't blow cold In the Heat of the day. It only blows cold when it's cool outside. I have taken it to David Stanley twice for repairs. I thought it was fixed the first time, but the problem started again in a few days. When I took it back again they told me there's nothing else they can do. They said car ACs do not blow cold when it's hot excessively hot outside. I do not accept that as an answer. I still need to get my air conditioner to work. More
