I cannot say enough positive things about this dealer. I called Mark, the Sales Manager, at 9:30 in the morning, and talked about a truck I wanted... 30 minutes later I called him back again and we video I called Mark, the Sales Manager, at 9:30 in the morning, and talked about a truck I wanted... 30 minutes later I called him back again and we video walked my trade inside and out... We came to terms within a few minutes. After an over 5 hour drive to the dealership, everything was just as we had agreed. The price of the car, the price for my trade, and the credit, all as agreed, zero surprises. But it did not end there, as part of the deal I had asked him to remove an item installed in my truck, I gave him an estimate, in my mind a 30-45 minute job... OPPPPSSSS I was so wrong. Two hours later, at nearly 7:00 at night, it was done. Not only did he and his service manager stay two hours late to get it done, but he DID NOT CHARGE ME for the work! This people is what true dedication to customer service looks like. I will be back. More
