We were very pleased with both Mark Sliney and Fountain Buick. Mark worked with us to get what we thought was a good deal, and he has a "no pressure" approach which we really appreciated. I went into the showroom on a 80 degree day a few weeks back and it was stiffling hot. No A/C for a long while, so much for customer comfort. Then I heard a man screaming obsceneties from his office and wa back and it was stiffling hot. No A/C for a long while, so much for customer comfort. Then I heard a man screaming obsceneties from his office and was told it was the head guy (Kyle). How is this allowed? Isn't he suppose to lead not demoralize his staff? That made me question why I would want to buy from this dealership if the head person is not in control of himself. Very unprofessional. More

The 2025 AT4X AEV we purchased has significant swirl marks in the clear coat from the dealership. After we had signed all paperwork, my husband drove the truck around to the front entrance to pick me up marks in the clear coat from the dealership. After we had signed all paperwork, my husband drove the truck around to the front entrance to pick me up to leave and a couple came up to me admiring it and then asked if the truck had been taken through a car wash. I asked Marks daughter that works there and she said no. It looks like someone took a rag full of dirt and washed it. I had previously not noticed it because the truck was parked in the back under the awning in the shade for us to look over. It’s not noticeable unless the sun is shining on it and then it is awful. I spoke with Mark at length about it on my way home and he said he would discuss it with the boss and send me his number. That has not happened. I explained this to someone who called for a follow up and still have heard nothing. I’ve read online this can be corrected and Fountain Auto Mall should make this right. The quote i have been given to correct this is around $1500. I just spent a significant amount of money on this vehicle and it should not have swirl marks of this significance in the clear coat. I would have rather them have not washed the vehicle than for this to happen but I was not given that option. I was so excited to find this truck and for it to be available for purchase. However this issue has taken the joy out of this purchase. Given the lack of response to this issue I would not purchase from them again nor would I recommend them to a friend. This is totally unacceptable customer service. Also the people that detail cars there should not be working there because they do not care about the merchandise. There is no way this would have happened had the truck been washed properly. We drove over 6 hours to make this purchase and sadly this was probably done to this vehicle while we were on the property. It took the forever to bring the truck up for us because they were washing it. More
