People are good people when they actually listen to you talk, if there was any other Toyota service in the area I wouldn’t step foot at any Eddys location. $80 OEM part, marked up to $230, $400 in total to talk, if there was any other Toyota service in the area I wouldn’t step foot at any Eddys location. $80 OEM part, marked up to $230, $400 in total to replace it for 10 minutes of labor. Constantly pushing unneeded service and plans at ridiculous prices. I’ve been a mechanic and understand how shops work with book values and cost. had to schedule 3 different appointments after being told parts were there for recalls and after dropping it off being told they don’t have them. More

son bought a truck from them about 4 weeks ago, was told they just got the truck and we looked at it and agreed to buy it, told us the had to go through the used car inspection process and we finally got th they just got the truck and we looked at it and agreed to buy it, told us the had to go through the used car inspection process and we finally got the truck 10 days later, had a check engine light on and was told to bring it back in 2 weeks cause their machine was down, which was a lie we found out. took the truck to my mechanic and found out it had a code that the number one cylinder was bad and Toyota recommends that the head and piston by replaced. the truck has been back at Eddy's for 2 weeks now and we keep getting the run around on getting it fixed, My son has gotten to drive this truck 1 week out of the 4 he has owned it. I can tell you after this experience with Eddy's WE WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS GARBAGE DEALERSHIP. More

Thanks to Mark Smith for a pleasant car buying experience! Mark Smith didn't try to sell us a car. He took the time to find out what we were looking for and then found the vehicle that WE wanted. Helpful folks Landon and Mark worked together with us to find the right fit for my new car. A female car-buyer is not always given the same respect as a man, but I Landon and Mark worked together with us to find the right fit for my new car. A female car-buyer is not always given the same respect as a man, but I felt these guys were speaking equally to both my husband and to me, so it made me comfortable. Thanks to these dealers I have the right blend of features for what I wanted and needed in my new vehicle. More

I went in to Eddy's after a very frustrated visit at my previous dealer across the street. My 2012 Focus has been in and out of the service department more times than I even want to count. I went to pic my previous dealer across the street. My 2012 Focus has been in and out of the service department more times than I even want to count. I went to pick up my "fixed" car for the 3rd time in 1 month and it still wouldn't start. I left there and came to Eddy's knowing that I did not ever want to get back in that Ford again. I walked in to Eddy's around 6 PM not having any expectations for what I was about to get myself in to. Once again. My experience at Eddy's was wonderful from the moment I pulled into the lot. Everyone was very friendly, educated, and they weren't pushy at all. I was greeted by man smiling faces and friendly "Hellos, and "Can I help you?'s" I then found Landon, who introduced me to my dealer, Mark. I walked around the lot with him, all awhile, being told all the small details and difference I wanted/needed to know about the different cars. I then test drove a couple cars, and was shown the basics and told the positives about the different options. I ended up falling in love with a new 2014 Corolla. I was in a hurry, and in a time crunch, and was able to leave that night, with out buying or getting myself into something immediately without thought or details. I came in the next night, and talked/worked with Landon. Landon and Luke worked with me for quite sometime to perfect my ideal numbers. Landon listened and understood my situation, and was working to make me happy with my vehicle again. Luke moved numbers around and I ended up settling with an offer I couldn't turn down. I have bought 3 new cars the past couple of years, and the finance office always makes me nervous and confused. I always felt like I was just signing with out understanding what I was doing exactly. Troy explained everything to me, and when I left, I felt 110% that I made the right and best decision for myself. I loved my experience and would recommend these men and this dealership to my very own friends and family. 5/5 stars all the way. More
