2nd time ti same dealership and 2nd best experience. This was my 2nd experience in 2 years. And still same best experience with overall process. Mark Stechel was my dealer that i was dealing with. He is always kind, patient and helpful on any question you have. Best part is that i went there Friday afternoon to start the process for an hr and then went back yesterday Saturday Sep.7th 2019, I spent only an hour and half to finalize it pick up the car and drive out With smooth easy and transparency finance. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More

Excellent experience from beginning to end I just purchased a Santa Fe Limited 2.0 from Star Hyundai. Before doing so, I shopped many other dealers within a 20 mile radius and Star Hyundai was I just purchased a Santa Fe Limited 2.0 from Star Hyundai. Before doing so, I shopped many other dealers within a 20 mile radius and Star Hyundai was the ideal dealership for my purchase. The entire staff at Star Hyundai far exceeded expectations, most notably; Zachary Lintz, General Sales Manager, Philip Robinson, Sales Manager, Ed Thornton, Service Manager, Mark Stechel, Salesperson who ably assisted with the tech make-ready & vehicle delivery, and Tommy Tong, Salesperson who introduced me to my new vehicle and provided a very helpful test drive and was extremely resourceful through closing. Star Hyundai is comprised of highly competent and compassionate sale's and finance personnel who work tirelessly to provide a high standard of customer service. It is without reservation that I highly recommend Star Hyundai and will remain a loyal customer in the future. More
