We had done our research and narrowed in on either the Tucson or Santa Fe. He explained what they had in inventory and EXACTLY what it would cost. He invited us to come and trest drive our choices. We were welcomed by Juwan Chee, who took us on our first test drive in the Tuscon while Mark was with another customer. He was helpful, fun, friendly and able to answer all of our questions. Mark took us out on our second test drive in the Santa Fe. He explained the differences and helped us try things out on the drive, explaining everything in detail. It really helped us to decide on the Tuscon as the best fit for us. Mark then walked us through the credit application and explained the different finance options available. Again he was friendly, patient, honest and clear - giving us all the information we needed in order to make the decision that was best for us. Excellent dealership, with friendly, knowledgable and professional staff who work together as a team. Made making a decision easy and much less stressful. Thrilled with our 2019 Tuscon Limited.
