Friendly and amazing experience I did my homework had been to a few dealerships and had phone quotes. After speaking to Mark on the phone with what I wanted and was looking for he I did my homework had been to a few dealerships and had phone quotes. After speaking to Mark on the phone with what I wanted and was looking for he made it so much easier. Compared to my previous experiences he made me feel so comfortable knowing this was the right place to go to. Once I got there the whole transaction was done with great expertise. Didn’t have to wait around. Just want to thank Mark Tommy and Wahdeem for making buying my car a truly wonderful experience. Will definitely be coming back in the future. More

Window Washer replacement Unfortunately this part was no longer under warranty. Initially I was told that the reservoir had a crack in it and it would cost $340 to replace. I w Unfortunately this part was no longer under warranty. Initially I was told that the reservoir had a crack in it and it would cost $340 to replace. I was then told that the pump also had a crack. In either event, I could have purchased an OEM reservoir and pump for about $60 and had my mechanic install it for about $100. The original Hyundai part was astronomical in comparison in terms of cost. The service center was professional and did keep me informed of the repair and when my car was ready to be picked up but because "original" parts are a total ripoff, I will take my car to my mechanic unless the car requires a warrant repair / recall repair More

IMPROVED!!!! I have been here before but bad experiences in the past made me stop coming here for service but it's been a few years and I figured I'd give it anoth I have been here before but bad experiences in the past made me stop coming here for service but it's been a few years and I figured I'd give it another chance, glad I did, from the assessment when I came to explain what issues I was having, the young man who took my information came outside and looked at the car, gave it a walk around, explained to me what might be happening but assured me they could all be solved, sat me down and asked me more detail about what I was experiencing and set my appointment, the next week, I brought the car in, all the issues weren't solved on the day of but I did get the scheduled maintainence done and one of the issues solved, the other 3 were simply the parts were not there and would be coming in a couple days, the young lady who helped me on service day was very night and very informative, she was awesome, this crew is sooooooo much better than the crew that was there a couple years back, I hated this service center now, honestly, I don't see myself getting work done anywhere else. I can't remember their names, I'm sorry... a young and super helpful Asian man first visit and young and pleasant Hispanic lady second visit neither of whom are a day over 27. Both of them are awesome. More
