Visited this dealership on a rainy day, prior to noon. Difficult access to parking lot. We were there to research and price RDX suv model. Gave us a set of keys and told us to take it for a ride. When we returned we had to wait a bit and started looking at vehicles on showroom floor. My wife spied one of interest. The sales person told us it was a demo with nearly 5000 miles on it previously assigned to a manager. The sales person claim +ed to have been with Piazza for decades however, his demeanor and demonstrating sincere interest in us was lacking. Price offering on the demo was no better than a brand new vehicle. Tried to negotiate a better deal but they held fast on the price. Ultimately purchased exact same vehicle at Jones Acura Lancaster for fair price and much better sales attention and interest More
