con artist I spoke with salesman Mark Stich over the today. He gave me $3000 less then KBB has liisted had on their trade in value. I think should have set up a red flags before I made the 30-40 min trip to dealerships in 5 -530 pm traffic during season. The Honda Accord Hyvrid Touribg the top of the line in the Accord line up. Selling for $38000 new in 2018 when I purchased it new. From another dealer. They we’re so polite and professional over the phone When I arrived the salesman I spoke with over the was busy with the only customer in the whole showroom. The other 5 salesman weee hanging out talking to each other. Every changed when they lioojes at my flawless trade they could not steal from me I was educated and knowledgeable how the bs and games they played from many past buying experiences They now sent over the rude unprofessional sales manager to wrap up the awful deal. have they wanted charges over $100 more per month for 72 months instead of 60 months Who in right state of mind would add a extra year of payment and increase over $100 per month. He begin to get nasty attitude toward me and told me go buy a Honda somewhere else. I was blown away that they treat a potential client in that unprofessional manner. I have been a full time a resident and pass this negative experience rating all my friends neighbors and clients iinbmy line of public relations. I now know the showroom had one couple 3 hrs during season before their closing time of 8 pm. Buyer Beware. I should learnt from past experience with them when they took a $1000 and made me wait a month and numerous phone calls to get deposit back because they could not get me the car I wanted so I went to a professional Honda Dealer very close by More
