Good Team Work! I would first like to thank General Manager Dan Hedin for taking my initial call regarding the urgent need to replace my Aunt Marjorie's current vehic I would first like to thank General Manager Dan Hedin for taking my initial call regarding the urgent need to replace my Aunt Marjorie's current vehicle with another that would meet her needs. I had look at various dealer websites, including Marlboro Nissan, and they seemed to have more of a choice of excellent vehicles that were what she was looking for. Dan welcomed my aunt and I into the showroom and introduced us to Mark Stoller, our Sales Consultant, who then proceeded to take time to ask what she was looking for and how important various features were to our decision process. After that review, Mark said that he had a couple cars in mind and proceeded to walk us through the lot to show them to us, all along showing much appreciated knowledge of each, individual vehicle and how it matched some of my aunt's most important needs. She finally selected a Nissan Sentra SE and went with Mark on a test drive. After about 30 minutes she returned as happy as a clam and said that the car was a real good fit for her. Over the next hour we worked with Mark, Dan and Finance Manager, Peter Santoro to come up with a deal that we were all happy with. Arrangements were made to have my aunt's old car towed the next day from her residence and we picked up the car that afternoon. Mark took the time to explain the main features of the car to my aunt and even paired her cell phone to the Bluetooth connection in the car! No pressure, great product My friend is going on his thrid Nissan (leased). I asked him where he got his car, he said Nissan Marlboro. I asked him how they were over there, he said great, by the way he knew these guys since grade school, Mark Stoller and Dan Hedin. My wife I had a chance to meet the General Manager, Dan Hedin, how often does that happen. He came over to introduce himself, very professional, very polite, a gentleman. The moment I met Mark, I kew he was a professional sale person. As being a Pastor, I evaluate people within the first few minutes I meet them, great guy. When we sat down he had a picture of his girls on his desk, that tells me a lot about the person and when we went on the test drive he spoke about his family and we had a chance to speak about our grandkids. You notice we didn't speak about the car, (no pressure, great product), the car sold itself already, but he did answer any question we did have about the car. Let me conclude with this, (no pressure, great product), very professional, by the way great looking building.
