I can"t remember the service guy that helped us out with our windshield replacement but he was very kind and helpful.. When we bought our used car we forgot our garage door opener. we called when we got hom our windshield replacement but he was very kind and helpful.. When we bought our used car we forgot our garage door opener. we called when we got home, they said they put it the in the mail but its been a month and we haven't received it yet ask them to track it but haven't heard anything.. The people were all very nice but it seemed liked it took forever to do the paperwork, like hours. I really like the dealership it was very clean and comfortable the people were all very nice,They just need to work on getting their paper work done quicker. I would go back there . More

I was across the street at another dealership trying to buy a car as they were having a "special on cars"( but failed to tell me when I called that you have to have a 850 credit score to qualify) and I jus buy a car as they were having a "special on cars"( but failed to tell me when I called that you have to have a 850 credit score to qualify) and I just felt like they didn't care at all and were just trying to put me in cars that were over priced and not worth my time just because I didnt have a high credit score and a big down payment. I was buying my first car since bankruptcy and I'm working on building my credit score but I still expect more out of a dealership since I am spending my hard earned money. I went over to David Taylor and immediately felt a difference in the atmosphere and the attitude of the people there. They got me into a car for less money and a lot less miles, the other dealership tried to put me in a car with 1009,000 miles on it for $2,000 more and a leaking sunroof that they promised to fix. David Taylor got me into a used car with a sunroof that didn't need fixing, with only 42,000 miles on it and $2,000 less. I will be buying all my vehicles here in the furniture and recommend them to everyone I know. The customer service was amazing, they were upfront about everything and made sure I got exactly what I wanted and I walked out feeling like they cared about me as a person not just trying to sell a car. Highly recommend and would give more than 5 stars if I could! More

I like their professional support. I felt low balled on my trade in. Even though it had minor front damage. No one called too see how I liked driving the car or just ask how's it goi I felt low balled on my trade in. Even though it had minor front damage. I asked about a pair of prescription glasses I left in the trade in the very next day,; which was the 28th of December. Know one has got back with me about that either. Have not received copy of paperwork I signed at the dealership I'm I suppose to get copies? Just wandering about these few things Thanks Melanise Fowler. More
