Excellent, Stress Free Car Buying Experience I came into Pete Moore VW looking to buy a new Tiguan. I knew the model I wanted, but was unsure if I wanted AWD or front wheel drive. I had been in c I came into Pete Moore VW looking to buy a new Tiguan. I knew the model I wanted, but was unsure if I wanted AWD or front wheel drive. I had been in contact with Mark Torelli a few days prior via email, and he had two Tiguans waiting for me to test drive when I arrived. Mark was hands off, not pushy, and very genuine. He let us test drive the Tiguans by ourselves (my wife and I), and gave us the freedom to drive until we had explored the full range of ability of the car. I was not fully committed to buying a car off the lot that day. We went back in after the test drives to speak with Mark. We asked him some questions about the car, and he answered them. He did not oversell, which we really appreciated, but gave us the information we needed. We decided to buy the front wheel drive Tiguan. Mark was extremely helpful during the price negotiations. He offered me a military discount off the bat, and worked with us and the back office to get us the price we needed. He also helped us by giving us a good deal on our trade in, which made the car ultimately affordable for us. Mark had the additional parts (trunk mat, window screens, etc) mailed right to our home, making it that much easier for us. My wife and I left the dealership with a feeling that we had gotten a good deal on a great car. More importantly, we felt that we could trust Mark and the dealership in the future. Not that we are anticipating any issues, but if something should arise with the car, we have no doubt that Mark and the Pete Moore dealership will help us get through the situation without issue. If I am in the market for a new VW a few years down the road, I would consider driving across multiple state lines to come back to Pete Moore to buy another car. More
