I would add my highest recommendation to include Mark Torelli of their sales department. Mark was able to ascertain exactly what was important to us and work with us on several vehicle options, always allowing us to reach our own decision, and even providing backround data to help us weigh our selection. We had gone to the dealership pre-approved for a vehicle loan with our banking institution but Kim Gilbert was able to offer us significant savings. We thank her for it. Without reservation or hesitation I would recommend Mark Torelli as the man to seek out as you make your next car purchase. More

Great experience with Mark Torelli and rest of staff! I am on my 4th VW and cannot see changing anytime in the future. My first experience was in Columbus OH, with the purchase of a Jetta. Next 2 VW vehicles were with a dealership out of Omaha, NE and they provided the best possible experience from sales to service. After moving to Pensacola in 2014, I had my routine services performed at Pete Moore VW. The staff was great. I do wish they provided a vacuum and car wash with each service like the Omaha location did. When it came time for a new car this month, I immediately decided on Pete Moore VW. I knew I would be in good hands, based on the experience I already had with them. I was out of town, but wanted to see what I could do in order to meet my needs with the car I wanted, along with the monthly payment. Mark Torelli walked me through everything and was always available. He treated me not only as a valuable customer, but as if he was dealing with a friend, and had my best interest in mind. He did not try to push me into something with higher payments by up-selling me, but literally took my concerns and needs to mind. He took care of all of the required needs in order to fit me into what I wanted, even with me being out of town. Upon my return, all I had to do is go in and sign my paperwork.... :) Aaron in finance was great, as well, and mindful of my time. They showed me all the new updates provided with the car (the 2016 Passat will blow your mind!) and made sure they answered any questions. They also made sure to remind me that they are always available, should I have any questions! I left feeling good about my purchase, and secure with knowing my VW dealership and service department will be there if and when I need them. More

We were loving our Diesel performance but were uncomfortable with the whole emissions debacle. We had done our homework on what we believed would be a fair trade in price. Our salesman, Mark Torelli was the utmost professional and bent over backwards to find us a car my wife was comfortable with. Then it came time to "Deal" for our best price. The reason we are giving just four stars as opposed to five has to do with this part of the experience. We quickly found that the dealership wasn't poised to make good on the Passat Diesel they sold us two years ago. In fact, the Used Car Manager not only offered a low, almost insulting trade in value, he did it in a very abrasive and disrespectful manor. When confronted with his unacceptable behavior, he finally came back with a value that was more palatable in a more professional and reasonable demeanor. Arron Eblen was professional as always with financials. We will continue to use Pete Moore in the future. Their service department is great and always accommodating More

Treat you like their own family I walked into Pete Moore VW with the plan to look at a new vehicle and trade in my truck. I was greeted at the door by Mark Torelli who immediately ma I walked into Pete Moore VW with the plan to look at a new vehicle and trade in my truck. I was greeted at the door by Mark Torelli who immediately made me feel at home. He grabbed me a cup of coffee as we sat to talk about the cars I was interested in and I immediately felt at ease. Having been shopping for cars for a couple months now, I had seen all the tactics, but Mark was different. A very honest and straightforward salesmen, we went for a test drive and he showed me every feature the car. While he was showing me the features of the vehicle it felt more like an excited family member showing you their new car, not a salesmen trying to push something on you. After the test drive I expressed an interest in crunching numbers, he was able to work with the Used Car Manager, Dan Freeman, to get me a very fair price for my trade and I decided to go forward with the purchase. From start to finish, this was the smoothest, most comfortable car purchase I've ever been involved in. There was no writing of numbers, visiting the manager, coming back with other numbers and options. We agreed upon a fair price for the vehicle, not a monthly payment and went from there. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALER AND SALES STAFF! More
