After months of stressing about purchasing a car for my daughter, I found the Pete Moore Dealership on line. Mark Torelli was the internet sales person that contacted me. I needed to buy two cars, one for daughter, I found the Pete Moore Dealership on line. Mark Torelli was the internet sales person that contacted me. I needed to buy two cars, one for my daughter and one for myself. The response time on every email back to me was outstanding. I am very busy with work and my four children. I have had a hard time leaving the computer to go "look" at cars. Mark stayed late on a Friday night along with Jeff and Aaron for me to drive over from Mobile to take a look at the cars I had found on line. After my test drives, the purchase process was quick. These three gentlemen stayed to finish the transaction and also offered to let me pick the cars up on a closed day, Sunday. They worked around my schedule! I will definitely recommend Pete Moore and Mark to everyone I know. It was well worth the drive. I will go back to them first for my next purchase. More

They actually cared about me as a customer and what car fit my needs, rather than trying to sell off some other car that I did not want. I first called Mark after my sister gave me his information. Right away he was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I gave him my information and explained what I was looking for. By the time I got to the dealership he had several vehicles in mind for me to drive. My five year old daughter came with me and Mark and the whole staff were wonderful with her. We had been to a different dealership where the people were completely rude to her and treated me like an idiot for bringing her, so it was very refreshing to me that they treated myself and my daughter with respect. Mark did not try to get me to drive vehicles out of my budget, he knew what I was willing to pay for monthly payments and kept that in mind. He was also extremely patient with me, I had to drive quite a few cars before deciding on the vehicle he had in mind for me the whole time. Once I had decided on the vehicle and started the paperwork my daughter was restless, one of the employees lent me the golf cart to drive my daughter around the lot to keep her entertained. Overall this was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a car dealership. In the past 30 days Mark has assisted myself, my sister, and my parents in finding the perfect vehicle. Mark is a real person and does not come across as the "typical" salesman at all. If you are in the market for a new car, or a new used car do not buy one until going to Pete Moore and working with Mark. I promise you will not be disappointed. More

Mark Torelli's courtesy began when we were entering the front door at Pete Moore Volkswagon, just as he was exiting. He paused and asked if we were there to see someone. A few days later we returned to the dealership, got the appraisal on a trade-in, took the Jetta for a test drive and ultimately drove it home!
