Pleasant car buying experience Traded in our 2011 Honda CRV with 145,000 miles on it. The buying process was a great experience then and this purchase was the same. Pleasant Experience Barker Honda made our purchase easy and pleasant. We knew what car we wanted, we knew how much we wanted to pay and we knew what we had to get for our Barker Honda made our purchase easy and pleasant. We knew what car we wanted, we knew how much we wanted to pay and we knew what we had to get for our trade ins prior to arriving at Barker. Even though they did not have the exterior color we wanted, they presented a couple of alternatives, one of which was acceptable. We were disappointed that Barker had every other color made and did not have our choice. In addition, we had to return the vehicle for the installation of body side molding and door edge guards. We were disappointed that they couldn't install them on the day after we purchased the car, even though the options were delivered later in the day. More

Easy Peasy Like Lemon Squeezy - Trade in and Purchase Traded some inquiry emails with Terri regarding some interest that I had in a used car that they had on their lot. I asked for bottomline regarding t Traded some inquiry emails with Terri regarding some interest that I had in a used car that they had on their lot. I asked for bottomline regarding the price of the car, but also to provide me a site unseen quote on my potential trade in vehicle. I was VERY happy with the discounted price in the car I was looking at and with the trade offer. I told them that I would come in two days later and would like a salesperson whom is aware of our emails to minimize any haggling to a bare minimum. Enter Mark as my sales contact. I show up at dealership, test drive car, love it...and then we sit down to discuss briefly. They come back with same agreed upon price for car AND the INCREASED my trade in offer over what I was originally was quoted....which I was already happy about. Needless to say, my experience at Barker was stellar. Family atmosphere and haggle free buying. Best car buying and trade in experience ever for me...and I have bought and traded in alot of cars in my time. Thank you to the Barker Family. One happy customer. More

Once Family Always Family Over the past 4 years I have traded in and purchased 3 Honda vehicles, 2 Civics EX loaded and my recent purchase, an 2018 Honda HRV EX-L Navi. Dusty w Over the past 4 years I have traded in and purchased 3 Honda vehicles, 2 Civics EX loaded and my recent purchase, an 2018 Honda HRV EX-L Navi. Dusty was my salesman for my first Civic in 2014, he made the experience easy, fast and memorable. Since Dusty got switch to Online Sales, Mark has been the friendly face that I have seen since, he introduced me to the the new stylish 2016 Honda Civic that was just released in 2015. On March 5, 2018 I went in at 5:30pm and saw Mark once again, that familiar face and laugh, to trade in my 2016 Honda Civic for the all new 2018 Honda HRV EX-L Nav, Since I need a vehicle that I can use more economically for work. We look around and my eyes caught one HRV and I fell in love. On March 6, 2018, I came back and within 1 hour I was in and out and in a brand new 2018 HRV EX-L Nav. Once again Mark, Dusty, Jason and Les went out of their way to get me the best deal that they could get me. It was the best decision I could make. Within the first the few hours of owning, Work called and my new HRV did the job just perfectly. Nothing could beat the experience of getting a Deal, a HRV, and a Family that will always be there when you need them and They are all localed at one place, Barker Honda of Houna. More
