Mark was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted to purchase. There was a question about the color I picked. Instead of telling me he could find or order it, he asked his manager to check the availab purchase. There was a question about the color I picked. They were on the lot and immediately available. I selected one and we began the purchase process. The lady who handled the financial process was very helpful also.
