To start with Kristin, she was extremely knowledgeable, extremely helpful and extremely patient!! Once the delivery process started Obed was clear with offer of my trade and Mary (& Daisy) wrapped everythi extremely helpful and extremely patient!! Once the delivery process started Obed was clear with offer of my trade and Mary (& Daisy) wrapped everything up nicely on the finance side. She took the time to explain the different warranties that were available and made sure I was comfortable with what I was selecting. With this vehicle I planned on swapping out badging and Kristin also explained the points system and recommended me to use my points in that purchase! Within 3 days of getting my vehicle the badging was swapped out by the service department. Max checked me in that afternoon and Mark checked me out at the end of the day. Both were super friendly and made the process easy. I’m super happy with my choice in vehicles and choice in dealership. More

Very pleased with the customer service that I received today at EC. I originally brought my vehicle in for service on scratches on the body of my truck.. there was some confusion in the coverage contract. today at EC.
