Good afternoon. We understand, after speaking with your service writer, that a low level of fuel, would not allow the vehicle to self-test again (the fuel level must be over 11% to run tests). Only an O2 sensor code was stored. Also, that the only smell noted during the inspection, was an exhaust smell. An inspection under the vehicle, showed no evidence of any fuel leaking. With no evidence of any leaking fluid, no current fault codes to work with, the concern cannot be confirmed. If the concern becomes evident or if a check engine warning appears, we would be more than happy to take another look at the vehicle. Respectfully, Chevy Service team
