We just bought a new RAV4 PRIME with the help of Mark Welcome. Mark is great because he's gotten to know what's important to us and then has delivered just that. A couple years ago, we bought a couple cars and had trade-ins. We needed information on EV's across the Toyota line-up, and the transaction was a bit complicated with a non-Toyota trade-in. Mark was very well informed and helped make that transaction move as quickly as we had hoped, and quicker than we had expected.
