Mark was great - he's very open, and you feel like you get to know him. We got a great car at a pretty good price, one which ended up being a perfect compromise for two people with different visions of wh get to know him. He somehow figured out this car could work for us without either of us previously knowing the model, thinking we'd be interested in it if it did exist, or what a compromise might even look like. When the new car was out of our price range, he found us a used one in excellent condition with very low mileage and the right price. He spent a lot of time with us while we decided, and he didn't disappear once the deal was done, either - he continued helping with repairs (part of our negotiation), registration and pickup coordination, always kept us updated, was very responsive even after business hours, and was flexible to changing plans. Guy deserves a raise! Finance (not Mark's department) was also straightforward, which was a relief compared to other dealerships we'd been to. We came in with a credit union offer on financing with very good APR, but didn't even have to pull it out - they found us another credit union that beat the rate we'd been pre-approved for. More
