The reason for 2 stars is because one, not all the issues that I brought the vehicle in for were resolved. Second, a loaner vehicle was requested several times so that they could have the vehicle to troubles that I brought the vehicle in for were resolved. Second, a loaner vehicle was requested several times so that they could have the vehicle to troubles hoot until the issue was resolved. Most importantly the lack of communication on how the service was progressing. I brought my vehicle in at 3;30 on a Wednesday and they were told they could have until Thursday evening at which time I would either need the car back or need a loaner. I was never contacted about the car being ready or to come pick up a loaner. I arrive 20 minutes prior to closing. My service adviser was not there and the adviser on duty knew nothing about what was going on with my vehicle. They had to call my adviser to find out the details. Then I was asked if I wanted to leave my vehicle with them to further troubleshoot. I asked if they had a loaner and I was advised they did not. So I now have to reschedule another time to trouble shoot this issue. This will be the third time I've had it into the dealer for the same issue. Don't think i would purchase another vehicle from them due to the service department. By the way when I called to schedule the service it took 30 minutes to do so. More

Professional and friendly. We arrived when you opened with our engine light on. We were traveling home from vacation. You took us right in and fixed our car within 4 hours. You provided Dante to take us places and pick us up. Your staff were so wonderful. Thank u does not cover how thankful we were for your assistance. Our car is working great and we had a stress free ride home. I would recommend you to everyone with a Subaru! Kindness goes a long way under stress and your staff are awesome! Thank you again! More

I had asked to check the damper and they ran a complete diagnostic on my vehicle and charged me $217.00. On top of that, there would have also be a 3% charge if I had used my credit card so I had to come diagnostic on my vehicle and charged me $217.00. On top of that, there would have also be a 3% charge if I had used my credit card so I had to come up with CASH. I was not impressed. More

We had electric failure while on the highway and were able to coax our van into the service center just as it died. The staff was very responsive and welcoming to us, two stranded travelers with a dog. able to coax our van into the service center just as it died. The staff was very responsive and welcoming to us, two stranded travelers with a dog. They took our van into service immediately and gave us a very pleasant space to wait in the cool and comfortable showroom. We were kept apprised of each discovery and the cost as they analyzed and fixed our vehicle. The extent of labor required long hours and we were offered a courtesy car so we could go home, but we declined due to distance for return and the fact we had too much luggage, etc in the van to transfer. They repaired the van and got us back on the road after careful testing. During a stressful and scary breakdown on the highway, we felt very fortunate to have landed with Randy Marion Subaru. More
