First and foremost, the app itself is user-friendly, making it incredibly easy to schedule a service appointment. The intuitive interface guided me through the process effortlessly, allowing me to select the necessary services, choose a convenient appointment time, and even provide specific details about my vehicle's needs. What truly set Randy Marion Subaru apart was the personalized attention and communication throughout the service process. I received timely updates on the status of my vehicle, including notifications when it entered the service bay, updates on the progress, and a final notification when the service was completed. This level of transparency instilled confidence and trust in the dealership's commitment to keeping me informed. They’re awesome. Were able to find parts I needed and got them in quickly. Service also pointed out areas of concern as a fyi that don’t need to handled immediately.
