Although the service reps are very helpful and cordial, and the service was performed to my satisfaction, the dealership nickels and dimes you to death. I had to pay an approximate 15% service fee just fo and the service was performed to my satisfaction, the dealership nickels and dimes you to death. I had to pay an approximate 15% service fee just for the privilege of having them service my vehicle. And on top of that they now charge a 3% surcharge for using a credit card. Not user friendly especially for seniors living on a fixed income! Hailey McCann is outstanding! She goes above and beyond to make the service experience as painless as possible. She is the reason I have my vehicle serviced at Randy Marion. More

Great service with friendly staff. I was told the service would take 45 minutes but I was back on the road in 40 minutes. With my busy schedule I really appreciate how quick they are.
