Born in Canton Ohio, but I have lived in the Raleigh/Garner area for over 20 yrs now. My beautiful bride Loretta and I will soon be celebrating 20 yrs of marriage. We have two teenage daughters that go to Longleaf School of the Arts in Raleigh and FIVE fur babies. We are part of the C3 Church community in Clayton. Mark Yingling helped us through a difficult experience. We had some probelms in purchasing our new cars that were entirely ours. Mark was persistent and very helpful. It was time to trade my 2002 Civic......so I went in with a trade in range, a payment range, no cash down payment for a new CRV and Mark was able to get all of these for me. Mark Yingling was extremely helpful during my search for a new vehicle. I initially was searching for a used vehicle in the area and was having trouble finding exactly what I was looking for. Mark was ext a new vehicle. I initially was searching for a used vehicle in the area and was having trouble finding exactly what I was looking for. Mark was extremely friendly and, although he knew I was not looking to buy a new vehicle, he took the time to allow me to test drive a new model (Honda Fit) and also to appraise my trade-in. He also clearly explained to me the retention value of the Fit as compared to other cars (one of my biggest concerns about buying a new car). When I departed to continue my search he did not pressure me to make an immediate decision and simply asked that I stay in touch in case there was anything else he could help with. Other dealers were not as knowledgable about the model I was interested in and put a good amount of pressure on me to make an immediate decision. After a couple of days Mark made contact with me and was able to highlight different options (such as $500 credit for service members if you finance with Honda, appraising my trade-in, etc) that he was able to compile to bring a new car into my budget. We settled on a price over the phone, and then I made the trip to the dealership (I live over an hour away). At the dealership Mark was initially busy with another customer who wanted to make a purchase, but he gladly stayed late in order to personally ensure everything went smoothly with the final paperwork. Mark and Glen Finkel (in the finance department) were the last ones at the dealership that evening (even after it closed) in order to help me through the entire process. This was my first time buying a new vehicle, and I was very pleased with the overall experience. More
