Born in Canton Ohio, but I have lived in the Raleigh/Garner area for over 20 yrs now. My beautiful bride Loretta and I will soon be celebrating 20 yrs of marriage. We have two teenage daughters that go to Longleaf School of the Arts in Raleigh and FIVE fur babies. We are part of the C3 Church community in Clayton. I love traveling, camping, movies, cooking, and ALL things Cleveland / Buckeye sports!

He accommodated my husband, our children, and me through the test drive, questions, negotiation process, and financing. It was a long day and at one point I had to step out to grab dinner. We offered to buy Mark's dinner, that's how awesome he is (he declined). When it came time to speak with another representative, Mark watched our kids for us, with a smile on his face, after 7 hours. Mark Yingling at Autopark Honda is, bar none, the best car salesman I've ever done business with. There is no pressure. Mark is punctual, and if he tells you he's going to do something for you, he follows through. The friendliness with which we were greeted immediately upon arrival was deeply appreciated. Even though we had made up our mind on the specific model of car we wanted to buy, Mark Yingling seized upon th upon arrival was deeply appreciated. Even though we had made up our mind on the specific model of car we wanted to buy, Mark Yingling seized upon the opportunity and showed us the exact car right away, took us for a test drive, and proceeded to help finalize the sale in the most proficient manner. No hassle, no impediments to a smooth business transaction, including the trade-in of our old Honda Civic.. Car shopping is one of those things I just do not like to do. However, from the time Mark Yingling introduced himself to us until we walked out the door driving a CR-V off of the lot Mark did an excellent j do. However, from the time Mark Yingling introduced himself to us until we walked out the door driving a CR-V off of the lot Mark did an excellent job making the process enjoyable. One of the things I don't like about car shopping is the pressure I feel to buy. We never felt pressured with Mark. Actually, the opposite occurred. He presented different scenarios and even suggested we may want to wait until we could pay down what we owed on our trade in. The finance office picked up right where Mark left off, making us comfortable and at ease. He explained everything and made sure we understand all features of the car(s) and all paperwork and what it all meant! He was really nice, and we would definitely recommend this Honda dealership. He wanted us to get everything we wanted and really worked with us to make it happen. Rick Sider had us sign a ton of paper! He was so nice and had the greatest sense of humor, and after car shopping for a long time, he made a wait well worth it! What an asset to the team to have that great smile and laughter! More
