We worked with Jordan and Yahaira getting our CPO Volvo. Process was flawless and friendly and at no point did we feel like we were getting scammed or upsold. Financing and add-ons were clearly explained an Process was flawless and friendly and at no point did we feel like we were getting scammed or upsold. Financing and add-ons were clearly explained and there was no push to get anything extra, options were explained very well. We drove all the way from Cleveland to grab one and it was well worth the trip. My girlfriend was extremely apprehensive getting a car and she was really put at ease by how smooth and laid back the process was. Yahaira was very helpful and friendly and put her mind at ease. We were able to negotiate everything before we even drove down via email and text. They gave us the full inspection report, carfax, etc and the OTD price so when we got down there we had zero surprises. Will be absolutely getting any future Volvos from them. Y'all rocked. <3 More

Everyone was great and courteous. It was late afternoon when I got to the dealership and went beyond closing but everyone was very pleasant and helpful. It was late afternoon when I got to the dealership and went beyond closing but everyone was very pleasant and helpful. More

I had an excellent experience working with Dante Sino at Volvo. From the moment I arrived, Dante was professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle rather than pushing a Volvo. From the moment I arrived, Dante was professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle rather than pushing a sale. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all of my questions clearly, and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was his patience and product knowledge—he explained features in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I felt confident in my decision. Even after the purchase, he followed up to ensure everything was going well, which really shows his commitment to customer satisfaction. If you’re looking for a Volvo sales representative who is honest, responsive, and truly cares about his customers, I highly recommend asking for Dante Sino. More

Too much hovering, not enough space, a bit too dismissive of concerns. There is no need in this day and age to have someone go with you on a test drive. I've been to many dealerships where that no longer hap of concerns. There is no need in this day and age to have someone go with you on a test drive.
