We purchased a barely driven pre-owned vehicle, and the dealership somehow registered the car to someone else. As a result, we are now in Massachusetts with a vehicle we legally purchased but cannot register because of their incompetence. Our family has purchased at least 15 BMWs over the years, and we have never experienced service this poor. We have always purchased from Herb Chambers dealerships and have never had anything remotely like this happen. How does a dealership manage to register a car to the wrong account after a completed sale? This level of negligence is unacceptable. I am currently in the process of filing formal complaints with BMW Customer Service and the Better Business Bureau because this situation should never happen to a customer. Run from this place. More

Unfortunately, this is a place that doesn’t keep its promises despite their long history and reputation in the industry, my experience with them has been very disappointing apart from the finance depart promises despite their long history and reputation in the industry, my experience with them has been very disappointing apart from the finance department, I did not receive enough honesty or support from the sales and service departments but only empty promises and words. I’m very disappointed and expected far better communication, accountability, and professionalism from a brand that claims to value its customers but I couldn’t experience this and I’m very disappointed by them. More
