I needed my heat shield tightened and they gave it back to me. Heat shield still rattles and when I went in to get my car I asked about getting it detailed and they told me that they are only there on mond to me. Also, I was told I would be updated about repairs and wasn’t… I had to call them. So I didn’t have a car for a day and half which that left me without a car to get to work and other things. It was a huge inconvenience. They were going to charge me over $600 a month for my car and tried to say my car blue booked for only 1500. Which I looked it up, it was closer to $3,000. I just felt like they were trying to make a sale vs understanding where I was coming from. My fiancé was turned down and they wouldn’t even write up a number that we needed to put down for the truck. I miss Hoyte, I had my Honda for over 6 years and never once had an issue with it. I’m scared this car is not going to last me as long. I would say…. Looks like we need to work on customer service instead of looking at the commission rates. More

While having my 2018 ram checked. I was approached buy a salesman who asked if I might be interested in trading. After finally making a deal I signed all the contract paper work, the finance person had a mi salesman who asked if I might be interested in trading. After finally making a deal I signed all the contract paper work, the finance person had a milage statement on my truck that stated the milage was around 25000 which was wrong. I than brought it to her attention, the actual miles was around 83000. I informed her it was wrong. She than went out for a while came back with a whole different deal I said no it wasn't my mistake. I was than thanked for stopping by and dismissed. A embarrassing experience after having bought 2 previous autos from Hoyt the previous dealer. I will not be back. More
