Charles Bright was a pleasure to work with. His patience during our two day buying excursion was phenomenal! We had been to Echopark 3 times prior and finally had narrowed it down to two vehicles. We were convinced the first one was it, Charles came back with the numbers and then we said “no we changed our minds” He gracefully asked what we wanted to do and I said go with car number two. He said no problem let me go get that started. Our family lost two cars to the storm so one purchased and one more to go. We will no doubt return to Echopark and ask Charles to be our salesman. More

Handsdown Best Car Buying Experience & Customer Service I was helped by Marla Rosser & was immediately felt welcomed. This was my first experience buying a newer car and one at a bigger dealer so I was a li I was helped by Marla Rosser & was immediately felt welcomed. This was my first experience buying a newer car and one at a bigger dealer so I was a little apprehensive but Marla quickly alleviated all those concerns. This was one of the best run dealers I've ever had the pleasure of purchasing a car from. No pressure and a non corporate environment despite it's size, it was a great casual place where the employees looked like they enjoyed working there and genuinely wanted to help their customers. Marla was able to assist me right away as a walk in customer and made the entire process very easy. I went in shortly before closing on a Monday to test drive a car and had to go out of town for work the rest of the week. Marla was able to communicate with me the rest of the week despite being away and kept me updated every step of the process. Once I was back in town that Friday I was able to come in, sign the papers, and be on my way. She made me feel very comfortable, relaxed, and confident in my car buying decision. She made sure to explain the entire process and lay out my options in an honest helpful way which I really appreciated. I HIGHLY recommend Marla and this entire dealership for anyone considering purchasing a new/like new car. More
