Charles Bright was a pleasure to work with. His patience during our two day buying excursion was phenomenal! We had been to Echopark 3 times prior and finally had narrowed it down to two vehicles. We were convinced the first one was it, Charles came back with the numbers and then we said “no we changed our minds” He gracefully asked what we wanted to do and I said go with car number two. He said no problem let me go get that started. Our family lost two cars to the storm so one purchased and one more to go. We will no doubt return to Echopark and ask Charles to be our salesman. More
