This was my first experience buying a newer car and one at a bigger dealer so I was a little apprehensive but Marla quickly alleviated all those concerns. This was one of the best run dealers I've ever had the pleasure of purchasing a car from. No pressure and a non corporate environment despite it's size, it was a great casual place where the employees looked like they enjoyed working there and genuinely wanted to help their customers. Marla was able to assist me right away as a walk in customer and made the entire process very easy. I went in shortly before closing on a Monday to test drive a car and had to go out of town for work the rest of the week. Marla was able to communicate with me the rest of the week despite being away and kept me updated every step of the process. Once I was back in town that Friday I was able to come in, sign the papers, and be on my way. She made me feel very comfortable, relaxed, and confident in my car buying decision. She made sure to explain the entire process and lay out my options in an honest helpful way which I really appreciated. I HIGHLY recommend Marla and this entire dealership for anyone considering purchasing a new/like new car. More

The car and salesmen was wonderful When we got the car everything was great. Until we was driving and the car ran out of gas and we all know that is a no no. Once we gave all the required info, she processed all the necessary steps quickly and painlessly, all while remaining friendly and very approachable. Overall, I had a very good buying experience. The only reason I did not give 5 stars to the dealership was that when we came and checked in at the front desk, it took them over 30 minutes before being able to page Marla to attend to us, and did not give us an ETA throughout the wait time. Other than that, I would personally recommend coming to see her if you plan on purchasing/leasing a new car. More
