Customer Service at it's finest! I've purchased a number of vehicles in my life and have had good and bad experiences at dealerships over the years. I stopped into Champaign Chrysler I've purchased a number of vehicles in my life and have had good and bad experiences at dealerships over the years. I stopped into Champaign Chrysler Dodge Jeep and met Marland Brucker. I have never felt more at ease making a vehicle transaction. Marland was very kind, patient, and went above and beyond in every regard. After we finalized a deal on my 2015 Jeep Compass and I had questions he passed me onto Dave Nelson, who promptly ran all of the numbers and when I pushed back, he found me a lender that went with the percentage I was comfortable with. Everyone I encountered at the dealership went above and beyond, even other sales associates that weren't assisting me. What impressed me the most, was I had to be back to Chicago for work before I could finalize all of the documents. Marland offered to meet me at a location that was convenient for me to execute all of the documents, and deliver my vehicle! I've never felt more appreciated and respected as a customer. Very helpful Bought a 2013 Ford Escape and after closing the deal, was given (1) key. After asking about a second key, I was told that that was all that was turned Bought a 2013 Ford Escape and after closing the deal, was given (1) key. After asking about a second key, I was told that that was all that was turned in, but they could contact the person who traded the car in for the 2nd key. I wasn't too worried about it until I went to the locksmith and found out that this kind of key could NOT be made by them and would have to be ordered from Ford at a cost of around $350 to $400. I went back and talked to Marlin at the dealership and he assured me he would get the key from the previous owner. I had my doubts and was preparing to be disappointed. But 2 and 1/2 weeks later, I got the call that my key was there. I was really thankful for them following up and making sure I didn't have to endure the additional cost. Marlin truly went the extra mile and earned the spot of me considering him "my car guy". I WILL buy from them again. Thanks More
