I have been in Dealership automotive repair industry for 28 years and blessed to become a part of the Mercedes-Benz of Okc team since October of 2015. I am "Nana" to 10 amazing grand kids that are the loves of my life. I love to read, paint, and decorate. I love helping people and have a very positive, tender heart for others. I take care of the Mercedes Cars, SUVs and Sprinter Commercial Vans and Motor homes. I absolutely love my customers and taking care of all of their service and repair needs. "Check Engine Light" came on travelling through Oklahoma The Sprinter Service Manager, Marlenea, was very courteous and helpful and immediately put one of her master mechanics on the job to assess my van. Th The Sprinter Service Manager, Marlenea, was very courteous and helpful and immediately put one of her master mechanics on the job to assess my van. The mechanic quickly identified and fixed the problem (a loose connection to the exhaust monitoring system). He also found that my lane-assist cameras were not adjusted properly when I took delivery of the van at another dealership a few days earlier. He even topped off my DEF tank without charging me and then test drove my van to make sure there were no other issues. I was soon on my way east in no time at all with all the repairs covered under my warranty. It was a remarkably good experience overall. More
