Cold Call service of New 2016 Sprinter 3500 144 DRW Kale, I had only planned on doing a drive-by of your Service Department on Saturday Jan 27, but ended up actually getting my valve stems installed. M Kale, I had only planned on doing a drive-by of your Service Department on Saturday Jan 27, but ended up actually getting my valve stems installed. Marlenea was very attentive to my needs and concerns, as she ushered me over to Service without hesitation, where Paul was very helpful in answering many of my questions regarding the overall Sprinter operations, required maintenance, reliability of the 4cyl engine, operation of the European rear fog lamp, explanation of the aux battery, etc. I want to thank Paul and Marlenea for their kind and courteous service. Even though the stem extensions are not a warranty covered item, Paul was kind enough to install my furnished parts, along with clearing out the Service A warning light. I can now service my tire pressure at any air pump location. Please let Bob Howard know how satisfied I am with the courteous service provided to me by yourself, Paul and Marlenea. I can guarantee you that I would not have received this level of service from any domestic car dealership, especially on an unannounced visit. More
