Highly Unsatisfied with Customer Service I am highly unsatisfied with their customer service skills. I was told I would receive free oil changes for the life of my car when I bought it in Dec I am highly unsatisfied with their customer service skills. I was told I would receive free oil changes for the life of my car when I bought it in December of 2017. It’s funny how all of a sudden in January of 2018, they “changed things”and now I have to pay $30. If you change things, that should NOT be my problem. I do NOT care if you change things. If I was told I would receive free oil changes for the life of my car, I should be grandfathered into this guarantee. I have worked in customer service for years, the customer is always right. This is absolute horrible customer service and I would not recommend Castle Chevy to anyone and I will NEVER buy a car from you again. The saddest part about this is you guys do not care how upset you make customers. Customer service should be your #1 priority! Btw this is not directed towards the person who sold the car, John Porter. He was great! This is directed towards the managers and service team or whoever came up with this change. More

Great Marlex is great to work with!!! He took the time to explain everything that my car needed and he got me to sign up for GM Loyalty Rewards the last tim Marlex is great to work with!!! I actually was able to get $75 off my bill!! My car is running great!!!! More

I am sorry I didn't get the shuttle driver's name, but I would like to commend him for always having a smile and being courteous--even in the rain and snow. Last three times I've been in? Horrible weather! More
