A lot of wasted time I had been having tire pressure issues for about 2 weeks. When I initially made an appointment to have my tires looked at all they did was put more ai I had been having tire pressure issues for about 2 weeks. When I initially made an appointment to have my tires looked at all they did was put more air in my tires (after already coming in twice for air). I took my car to Pep Boys where they found 2 nails in one of my tires, which was replaced. My tire pressure light came back on a few days letter and I took my car to Castle where more air was going to be put in my tires but I requested that someone look at my tires because I had already been in about 5 times for air and the light continued to come on. Marlex found a nail in my left front tire and I let him know that I had a 10:30 am appointment for servicing. My car was taken back to have my tire patched and it took over an hour and a half even though I made an appointment. More

Battery issue So I went on vacation and my 2016 Malibu was sitting in a garage for a few days. When I came home the car was completely dead, even the key fob was de So I went on vacation and my 2016 Malibu was sitting in a garage for a few days. When I came home the car was completely dead, even the key fob was dead. Had to be towed into service at castle and they could not figure out the issue. My car is still covered by warranty and they did not want to replace the battery or the alternator because according to their “tests” everything came up fine and in working condition. Now I am concerned that this will happen again and by that time my warranty will have been run out. How could you not figure out why my car was dead? It was a brand new battery from 8/9 months ago. Need better tests/guidelines and having better trained technicians to figure out the problem. More

Service department I called Castle for my recall. The receptionist Chrisi answered the phone and my made my appointment. When I went in I was greeted by Marlex. He expla I called Castle for my recall. The receptionist Chrisi answered the phone and my made my appointment. When I went in I was greeted by Marlex. He explained the procedure and point out some maintenance that I was missing. They gave me a loaner and I was happy that I got my car back the same day. Marlex was amazing. Going back for my next service. More

THIS DEALER DOES NOT KEEP THEIR PROMISES TO THEIR CUSTOMERS Was promised free oil changes for the life of my car at signing, they stated that regardless of mileage or maintenance I would be able to get these oi Was promised free oil changes for the life of my car at signing, they stated that regardless of mileage or maintenance I would be able to get these oil changes for free. When I arrived today, the person I dealt with in the service department stated that because I did not get the maintenance check on my car the last time it was in for an oil change that I will now have to pay for the oil changes. It was very clearly stated when I purchased my vehicle that I must perform the required vehicle maintenance in order to receive free TIRES for the life of my car and the oil changes were free regardless. I am extremely disappointed with the attitude and treatment I received by the service department. I know countless numbers of people who do not maintain their vehicle per the recommendations of the service department and they still receive free oil changes so why is it different for me? I will no longer be recommending this dealership to people because of their inability to keep their promises to their customers. More
