Felipe was the sales person I dealt with and he was really helpful from the beg searched online and found the one I wanted at Volvo Cars North Miami. He responded quickly to my emails, sent me lots of pictures and info, and even recorded a video showing the car inside and out. He asked about what I was looking for and answered all my questions without trying to push the sale. After I agreed to buy it, Marlon as the manager handled the rest. He was clear about the shipping costs and how long it would take, and he followed up with me regularly until it arrived. The car got delivered in about a week, and it was in great shape just like he said. Dealing with an out of state purchase can be tricky, but Felipe and Marlon kept it simple and made me feel confident the whole time. I'm happy with my used Volvo and would tell others to contact them if you're in a similar spot. More

With distance buying, we wanted to be sure we had a good feel for the car and its condition before we committed to making a trip from Texas to Miami to test drive it. Dayana went above and beyond giving us a video tour of the car, answering all our questions, and providing details before our trip to Miami. Once we got to the dealership, they were ready for us. I was truly amazed at the family like environment at the dealership with Dayana, Sales Manager Marlon, and Finance Manager Zuly all seamlessly working together to take care of us. The process was painless and our best experience so far buying a car. There were a couple of small issues to be fixed and Dayana took care of it no fuss. She went above and beyond our expectation as if it was her own car to make sure all was taken care of. Her honesty and concern for us getting the best out of our purchase was evident the whole time. She followed through with personally supervising the car leaving their lot on a transport truck sending us pictures and videos before its journey to us.
