I am posting this review to document an experience that reflects a serious lack of professionalism and integrity at Rick Case Hyundai (Davie). On the day prior to purchase, I was explicitly and unequivo reflects a serious lack of professionalism and integrity at Rick Case Hyundai (Davie). On the day prior to purchase, I was explicitly and unequivocally assured that a specific vehicle was 100% promised and held for me for completion of the transaction the following day: 2026 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy This was not casual conversation or speculation. This commitment was communicated clearly by dealership management, including Cristian Perez and Rino Rodriguez, leaving no ambiguity that the vehicle was secured and reserved for me. Relying on these assurances, I returned the next day fully prepared to complete the purchase. At that point, I was informed that the vehicle had been sold to another customer. This is not a minor inconvenience — it is a fundamental breach of trust. Promising a specific vehicle and selling it the following day demonstrates unethical sales practices and a complete disregard for a customer’s time, intent, and good faith. What made the situation worse was the absence of accountability afterward. Instead of ownership or a meaningful attempt to correct the error, the response shifted toward deflection, as if the prior assurances had never been made. For a dealership operating under a major automotive brand, this behavior is unacceptable. It undermines consumer confidence and reflects poorly not only on this location, but on the Hyundai brand as a whole. I strongly advise prospective buyers to get every promise in writing and to exercise extreme caution when relying on verbal commitments from this dealership’s management. Visited the dealer to purchase a Kona and was met at the door by Kamal who very bad breath. Droves around the lot to find the new car in a used, dirty car. They wanted over $2,500 in extra fees added i.e. $899 dealer fee non "negotable". He channlaged us to find a better deal anywhere!!! Guess what, we went to KING MOTORS HYUNDAI and found a better deal. No money down, no dealer fee, no admin fee etc....very happy with our purchase. Kamal and his bad breath should use a mounth wash and stop making statements he can't back up. Rick Case slogan says that they treat their customers like family!!!! Wow, time to get a new family. I’ve been lied to multiple times during my sales process & there is no out for me. From my salesman David Louis to the finance manager that did my paperwork Dane Massey. This is my second car with Rick Case and it will definitely be my last. David Louis my salesman told me my Tesla mobile charger will work with my new Hyundai Ioniq 5 SEL. That is not accurate. There’s TONS of blogs & forums saying otherwise. He literally told me to get my charger serviced. What a joke. He knew I had the mobile charger at my home installed. It’s been almost a month and I still haven’t been able to get it to work. So I went from charging my car in the safety of my home to having to charge at different charging stations where available. Huge huge dissatisfaction. This is my 7th year with an electric charge so it’s expected the level 2 charger be provided. He mislead me. Never disclosed the charger that came with the car is a 120v level 1 charger “for emergencies only” until a week after my sale. While signing my paperwork, before I completed the documents might I add, I saw the due date 10th of the month. I stopped signing and asked Dane Massey if I can change the due date. That was also not true. I just signed into my online account and the FAQ’s clearly state it’s not possible with a Lease. Dane knew very well my sale was a lease. Again I stopped, did the right thing and asked requesting to change it before the documents were finalized and was again told something not accurate from another Rick Case representative. After the sale I get a message from someone (or autobot message) Laura Collins telling me there’s a whole staff here to help me. Sent a text to ask a question 9/15. No response. I email to ask a different question 9/18 no response. I change my car every 3 years. I promise it won’t be with Rick Case ever again. We were considering changing my husbands truck, it won’t be with Rick Case. My parents, siblings & friends already know my experience. Terrible experience! The outside of the car was so filthy I had to drive home with my windows down because the windshield and side windows had a layer of thick dirt. I went back the next day to reset my Tesla in person (because David said I could do it from the Tesla app which was incorrect) so I had to go back the next day. When I told him about the windshield being so dirty I couldn’t see very well he turned the windshield wiper fluid in & soaked the windshield so it would self clean. So much that in less than 3 weeks of having the car, I already got the low fluid message on my dashboard. So because the dealership didn’t give me a clean washed car, I have to go spend money & time on getting windshield washer fluid in less than a month of having this car. More

Rey Rodríguez is an “Excellent” Salesman! He made the impossible, possible! My mom and I, went to get our Elantra serviced. As we were waiting, I asked one of the service personnel, “Please recommend your best salesman.” He got on the phone and in an instant, the salesman appeared. His name is Rey Rodríguez. He did everything in his power to trade in our lease for a new one. That day was sad, because we went home without the new lease. The next day, I got a call from Hyundai, and they asked what time I could come in to pick up the new lease, and the payments would be much, much lower than we had anticipated. My mom and I were so excited!! We went around 4:00pm and picked up the new car. Rey can make miracles happen! He is absolutely the best salesman, and a great person. They’re lucky they have someone like him! God Bless you all!! More

I want to say that my experience was more than great! They were helpful, patient, and honest. Because of them, I bought a car that I truly love.
