After many emails and calls for several days, we set out. Our sales representative, Marques Harvey, maintained contact via text message throughout our journey with information and updates. We had a trade in value estimate and financing options before we arrived. When we arrived, we felt more like honored guests than customers! Marques and the team were welcoming and transparent. The vehicle was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The offer on our trade-in was spot on, and the deal was done! Everyone at Phil Long Denver was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The overall experience was fantastic. I had Marques Harvey and Albert Rico help me and my family when I came in to look at used Ford F-150's. Marques I got to talk to on the phone, and the day we came in he was off so he directed me to Al family when I came in to look at used Ford F-150's. Marques I got to talk to on the phone, and the day we came in he was off so he directed me to Albert. I ended up getting to talk to both of them and let me say, if you want to be listened to and get a stellar car that has everything you want and more, these two gentlemen are the men to talk to. Phenomenal experience all around and never once did I feel talked down to or belittled. I'm a woman and I've had experiences where dealers would rather talk to my husband than me. Not so with these two. They listened to me, found me exactly what I was looking for (and then some. I LOVE my new truck!), and even worked with us on our trade in! Fantastic experience and I'm super happy with my truck! So glad I came in and so glad these two were there to help me. Thank you Albert and Marques! I also want to add that every single person we met at this dealership was a delight. I have three children, so there were a few melt downs while we were there, and everyone was helpful and so sweet.
