This is the last time I bring my Kia to this dealer. They consistent lack of parts on hand, they display an inability to contact us with updates as promised, have exorbitant prices and are generally rude. They are rude when asked for updates and act as though they’re doing you a favor. This is not customer service. Sadly, however, it’s what I’ve come to expect from overblown egos of car dealerships. Strongly recommend avoiding. More

Honestly, this is place used to be my favorite , I am Kia loyal customer,this is my 2nd brand new kia from this dealership . After last week visited for sensor diagnosis ,tune up, and change my back up ligh loyal customer,this is my 2nd brand new kia from this dealership .
