My Sorento's engine stopped working and the vehicle was taken to Destination Kia, they performed a "diagnostic", the engine has bad compression and then they stopped looking any further into it and just sa taken to Destination Kia, they performed a "diagnostic", the engine has bad compression and then they stopped looking any further into it and just said that we need a new engine and that our VIN didn't apply for Kia engine warranty. Called a different Kia dealership after a month of no contact from Destination Kia and already have a warranty number and a path forward for the car. Recommend avoiding Destination Kia if possible, scummy and shady practices from their team there. Additionally they are still charging us for telling us what we knew already and not why it happened. More
