Once we got there, Marshall stepped us through the entire buying process smoothly and efficiently. He was extremely professional, curtious, knowledgable about the car, and anwered all of our questions and concerns. We sat in the comfortable coffee bar while working through some of the paperwork which made the experience more relaxed. We did have a short wait for the finance team but once we were with them everything went smoothly. The entire experience was positive and Marshall was outstanding. We drove away with a great car after a positive experience. We have bought 8 cars over the last 25 years and this was the happiest we've been when leaving a dealership.
